3. Increase your lung power
You can train your lungs to be stronger and more effective with a simple exercise. Stand tall, with your weight resting on the balls of your feet, holding your head back with a slight arch in your back. Take a slow, deep breath until your lungs are full, then exhale slowly, being mindful of the physical deflation of your chest. Repeat this exercise several times when you wake up and before going to bed.
4. Judge the weather
If you are planning to go out for the day, you can figure out how to dress and prepare by watching a small cloud in the distance for a few minutes. If the cloud slowly becomes larger and moved closer, you are more likely to face rainy or unsettled weather. However, if the cloud decreases in size you should enjoy good weather.
